The Hannah Karema Foundation's 2025–2030 Strategic Plan focuses on expanding educational programs, leadership training, and health infrastructure while fostering international partnerships to empower communities and secure a brighter future for all.

Expand educational programs to increase the reach of our initiatives to cover more remote areas.

Our history
The Hannah Karema Foundation was established by Hannah Karema, leveraging her influence gained as Miss Uganda 2023/24. Motivated by her personal experiences, she aimed to effect significant change in the lives of Ugandan women. From its grassroots beginnings, the foundation has evolved into a prominent entity dedicated to the empowerment of women in Uganda.

Hannah Karema, once a beauty queen, has used her platform to advocate for women's empowerment. Her path from a modest village in Nakaseke to Miss Uganda, and now as a prominent philanthropist, illustrates her dedication to her mission.
